About Deborah

For more than forty years, I have accompanied people through some of life's most profound transitions. Whether working as a therapist, coach, teacher, or writer, the thread has remained the same: helping people rediscover their connection to themselves, to others, and to life itself.

I don't believe people need to become someone else in order to live more fully. I believe they need the space, support, and practices that allow who they truly are to emerge.

That conviction has shaped my life's work—from clinical psychology and trauma recovery to the development and teaching of the Creation Exercises, and the continuing exploration of coherence, identity, and what it means to live connected to life, existing as whole.

“As a colleague who has trained thousands of mental health professionals and people in recovery, I can honestly say Deb's work has transformed both my thinking and my leadership. She has an extraordinary ability to ask the questions that help you move beyond the consciousness that created the problem and into the intelligence waiting to emerge. The insights I've gained through the Creation Exercises have strengthened my writing, keynote presentations, and the way I serve my own clients. If you're looking for a trusted thought partner who can help you uncover your next level with clarity and coherence, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Deb.”
